Vitimate provides a highly detailed, affordable digital picture of your vineyard, using high-resolution drone data and our own purpose-built AI analytics to identify individual vines and turn vineyard data into information you can use.

The process begins by establishing a vineyard grid and asset register. Each vine is identified by its row and vine number, linked to precise GPS coordinates and given its own location within the vineyard record. This provides a permanent framework that only needs to be established once.

From this foundation, Vitimate can analyse the vineyard for missing vines and, with additional seasonal data, identify signs of poor vine health, including sick or unhealthy vines and potential trunk disease. Information can be recorded against individual vines, creating a vineyard record that becomes more useful as further data and analytics are added.

Data can be captured by us or suitably equipped vineyard operators themselves, then delivered as a straightforward report, supplied for use within an existing GIS system, or processed through Vitimate’s in-house solution so vineyard data can remain within your own systems.
